Haiku by Hatsune, Beijing

Situated on lively Chaoyang Park Road, Haiku is the sexier sister restaurant of popular Japanese eatery Hatsune. Haiku’s menu is inspired by travel, experimentation and tradition. The restaurant is particularly famous for its innovative sushi rolls and the most extensive yakitori or skewer menu in Beijing. The décor at Haiku is contemporary and sophisticated, with a number of private dining areas, an open sushi bar where you can watch the chefs at work, and a VIP room for private parties.
