Le Little Saigon, Beijing

This romantic French-Vietnamese place near the Gulou Hutongs is definitely unrivaled. Le Little Saigon combines the magic of Saigon and the exquisite flavors of Parisian cuisine. The owners, a Vietnamese woman and her Parisian husband, Patrice, are both chefs. Although they are now retired, they still hang out there and take care of customers with a very welcoming attitude. The restaurant serves delicious dishes such as Hanoi noodle soup, spring rolls and chicken liver terrine, to name just a few. The prices are a little bit expensive, but the mouthwatering food is totally worth it. There is also a fine selection of wines to enjoy on the rooftop in a relaxed atmosphere.
