With a rooftop bar overlooking Hou Hai's nightlife below, Nuage gets rave reviews for service and ambiance. The food is Vietnamese-inspired Southeast Asian fusion, with the Beef Rice Noodles and Pumpkin Curry being just two of their most popular items. The French colonial works surprisingly well, and French haute cuisine standards are applied to presentation and food quality.
