Dada is an avante-garde bar set in the dark alleys of Shanghai. Easy to miss, this bar attracts the intellectuals, writers, artists and bohemians who are happy to stop by for some conversation and listen to the likes of Tom Waits and similar mellow music. French artist Arthur has created an interesting wall mural which goes down well with all who come here. The DJs cover all genres and are not restricted to any particular genre. For the price and quality offered, Dada is surely a cool place to go to witness another dimension to China's nightlife. Only cash taken and opens daily at 9pm.
