“Zow,” is one of the more common reactions heard when entering this wall-to-wall mall of restaurants. Hemmed in by three large buildings and enclosed by a massive glass roof forming a convenient pedestrian mall, more than 100 restaurants cram this street block. In many ways, it resembles a weird version of a culinary United Nations. Italian, French, Mexican, American, Middle Eastern, Korean, Japanese, Sichuan, Cantonese, Shandong, Shanghai and Fujian are just some of the food styles offered. Many provide “outside” seating making for superb people-watching perches.
