Arun Thai, Hong Kong

After opening a celebrated restaurant by the same name in Sydney, Australian celebrity chef and restaurateur Chef Kham Signavong opened a second Arun Thai in a large space on the ground floor of the K11 Mall in Hong Kong. Arun Thai offers the many rich delights of Thai cuisine in a dramatic setting that is dominated by red and black hues. On offer at Arun Thai are quintessential Thai delicacies like Tod Mun Pla (Thai spiced fish cakes), Gai Hor Bai Teur (chicken wrapped in pandan leaves), Pla Nuang Ma Nao (steamed fish with lemon grass and basil), and Pad Prik King (stir-fried chicken), along with a range of fragrant and flavorful curries and rice and noodle dishes. -Anjeeta Nayar
