India Today is located on the third floor of an office-like building on a side street in bustling Tsim Sha Tsui. India Today offers a menu that features dishes characteristic of both Northern Indian and Southern Indian cuisines. However all the food served at India Today is completely vegetarian and features notable items like Vegetarian Sheesh Kebabs, Vegetable Koftas in Curry and Vegetable Hyderabadi Biryani. The restaurant's repertoire also features a variety of Indian breads and typically Southern Indian dishes like Dosas, Idlis and Wadas.
