Kiku is located in the basement of the Landmark, and serves all of the Japanese favorites, from sushi and sashimi to teppanyaki (meat cooked on a hot iron griddle), udon, sukiyaki and shabu-shabu (meat and vegetables cooked in broth by your own hand).
