The Mingle Bar is situated on the ground floor of Hong Kong's infamous love motel, the Eden Hotel, which is known to rent rooms by the hour. The Mingle offers a boudoir-like ambiance with velvet drapes, jewel-toned walls and much European-style artwork. The bar at Mingle offers a variety of expertly mixed cocktails like martinis and daiquiris. The bar and café is also equipped with an alfresco hangout spot which is extremely popular with patrons in fine weather, though the bar is also renowned for its large and sumptuous restroom, which is outfitted with chandeliers and flat-screen television screens. -Anjeeta Nayar
