Sen-Ryo is a Japanese sushi restaurant which is located in an obscure corner of the gargantuan IFC mall, and offers both a sushi train and private booths as accommodation. The sushi train is especially useful for sushi novices who like to make their choices by seeing what is on offer. The menu at Sen-Ryo offers high quality ingredients for its sushi preparations and features coveted products like salmon roe, seared salmon and fatty tuna. Each station on the train is also equipped with wasabi, pickled ginger and soya sauce.
