Located at the five-star Hotel Peninsula, this restaurant offers the best there is in Cantonese cuisine. A dramatic and somber decor with stained glass and teak paneling and floor as well as Frank Lloyd–Wright inspired designs give it a very authentic feel. Apart from the delectable menu there are over 25 types of Chinese teas on offer, which are served by professionally trained 'servers'. The Spring Moon is open for functions since it has several dining rooms All orders are taken thirty minutes before closing time so get there early!
