It will not be cheap to eat here, but the culinary experience will make the expense worthwhile. An enchanting interior, beautifully crafted with sensitive lighting, comes with extremely accommodating staff who will serve you some of the best Italian cuisine in Hong Kong. For starters, try the Carciofi Fritti al Forno, artichokes sautéed in olive oil and garlic, and for a main course, from the choice of meat, fish and pasta dishes, try Capellini al Granchio, crab meat with angel hair pasta, the allegedly often-elected "last meal" of many a death row inmate.
