Claustrophobic folks will enjoy the spacious interior of Verandah, a colonial-style restaurant on the southern side of Hong Kong Island, situated among the leafier areas of well-to-do Repulse Bay. Tall, classical columns and attractive balustrades provide a much-needed alternative to the concrete wilderness that has taken over much of Hong Kong.
