The Italian restaurant, W52, is quite an oddity in space starved Hong Kong. This restaurant actually extends over four floors of a narrow building located in the heart of the city. The layout of W52 features a bar cum lounge on the ground floor, dining rooms on the first and second floors and a private kitchen on the third floor, which are all connected by a glass elevator. The decor of the restaurant on all four levels is simple, elegant and exudes a distinct minimalist vibe. As for the food, W52's constantly changing menu is representative of all the regions of Italy and features staple dishes like beef carpaccio, artichoke hearts stuffed with pecorino cheese and several handcrafted pastas along with innovative dishes like a beef and prosciutto burger. -Anjeeta Nayar
