Wooloomoolo, Hong Kong

The Wooloomooloo group operates a chain of steakhouses out of four locations in Hong Kong. One of the chain's premier outlets is located on the ground floor of the Onfem Tower in the heart of Central. The restaurant, which opens out onto the street, offers a menu that features many prime cuts of fine Australian grass-fed beef, the most notable of which may be the delicious Wooloomooloo steak, which is a 12-ounce rib eye steak that has been marinated in a special Cajun spice. Aside from steaks, the menu at Wooloomooloo also offers wide selection of salads, pasta dishes and seafood dishes which cater to those diners who would prefer something else. -Anjeeta Nayar
