Seven kilomteres away from Majnu Ka Tila, this structure was built by emperor Shahjahan in 1653. His son, Aurangzeb, was crowned here in 1658. After the British came to Delhi, it was used by the British residents as a holiday retreat. A couple of pavilions set in a dry pool are all that remain of the Mughal garden. Today, it lies hidden behind dull government housing estates.
