Seribu Rasa, which means "1,000 flavors" in Indonesian, pays homage to the country's various ethnic groups and their different cuisines. This eclecticism is reflected in the restaurant's interior design which seamlessly combines the styles of the Balinese, Javanese and Sundanese. Among the tantalizing items on the extensive menu are chicken with mango sauce and fried shrimp with fruit salad. The fish here are as fresh as can be as they are literally taken live from the aquarium when you order! There are plenty of drinks to choose from as well, but the Semilir Brastagi (iced strawberry drink) is a popular choice. It's really smooth and tasty!
