Overview

Since Nagasaki is so close to Fukuoka, there are a number of restaurants in the area that serve Nagasaki champon, the Chinese-influenced noodle dish native that area. This restaurant is one of the more popular ones that serve this dish in the city's west end. The owner is a Nagasaki native who brought his fortunes and cooking expertise to Fukuoka.
