The Flat Blue Cafe is a fashionable cafe/bakery with open concept, glass and steel decor. Inside is a large no-smoking area. This is a great place to people-watch or laze away an afternoon reading on the window-side sofas or under parasols on the second-floor terrace. The menu, partly in English, offers lunch sets, including deli, noodle and salad entrees. A la carte light meals are served throughout the day.
