Croquettes (breaded, deep-fried meat) are served in an original way at Nesupa. The owners have created a hybrid of the traditional croquette over the course of the last fifty years called koropeto. It contains either beef, pork, chicken or prawns sandwiched together with cream in the middle, then deep fried. The chef is the third-generation owner and inherited his flair for cooking from his grandfather.
