Modeled after an ancient Japanese village, the wooden interior of this restaurant takes customers back to the days of the samurai. The menu is very specialized serving Amago, a type of fish that can only survive in clear water and hence, in Japan, a rare treat. Also served yakitori-style, skewered and baked over hot coals, are kangaroo, frog, ostrich and alligator. Beer, spirits and soft drinks are available.
