Alcatraz/E.R. can be found in Tokyo's trendy city of Shibuya, and this theme restaurant offers customers a taste of Japanese/American dishes in the charm of a prison style cellblock. Call the restaurant staff with a quick echoing clank on the cell bars and service is sure to be prompt.
