Overview
Unlike most other flower shops in Tokyo, Izumi Kei specializes in Western-style flower arranging. The flowers are less exotic, consisting of European favorites such as roses and trumpet lilies, and the bouquets are immaculately assembled in western manner. The center also runs a well-established Flower Arranging School. The teacher is Japanese and every year Western guests are invited to share their flower-arranging skills.
