La Fabrique, Tokyo

Sister to the nightclub in Paris of the same name, La Fabrique is a small venue which serves as a restaurant for lunch and dinner and then stay open late as a club with international djs. Though it has a French name, the food is a mixture of European cuisines with a little bit of Asian flair such as the addition of sea urchin to pasta. There is a good selection of alcohol, meats, and pastas; main dishes include beef carpaccio with Italian cheese and foie gras & duck breast terrine. On weekdays, dinner is served until 2a and weekend nights until 11p and becomes a nightclub thereafter.
