The famous Bowery Kitchen, one of the first Tokyo cafes that departed from the distinctive, but overused, Parisian-style, spawned a sister coffeehouse in Jingumae - The Lotus. The decor was carefully selected to give the minimalist comfort feel of a New York coffeehouse and it has been welcomed by young, hip Tokyo locals. You can get a great cup of coffee or tea; juices and snacks are also available. The music is eclectic and played non-stop. A great place to sit back, get a cup of coffee and enjoy some quality people-watching.
