Plates & E.A.T is just what it says it is - a place to fill your plate with stuff to eat. Cheeky! But it's really a great spot during lunchtime, when it buzzes with business people filling up on their 60-minute buffet which includes pastas, salads, prosciutto, ham, breads, drinks and desserts. Now mind you this is Tokyo, so while you can fill up on the buffet, portions are still a bit on the small side. But if you can gorge for an hour, it's a great spot to pop into to refuel.
