Overview

If you're into photography, and if you believe the hype, then the Rat Hole Gallery is a must visit! Said to throw fantastic local, national and foreign photo exhibits, this L-shaped, basement-esque spot (hence the Rat Hole name) has become notorious for hosting quality affairs. Tightly affiliated with ART iT Magazine, this Rat Hole is full of promise. Opened in 2006 and managed by the Hysteric Glamour ladies brand, it has become a hole worth climbing into, featuring the likes of Daido Moriyama, and Nobuyoshi Araki, to drop just two big names. Lots of natural light, and a very enlightening space, visit on weekdays to have it all to yours self! The gallery also sells books and art catalogues. -Stephen Lebovits
