Initially known as On Air East when it opened for the first time in February 1991, this venue could hold 1000 people. Several years later in 2004 after a thorough refurbishment, its name was changed to Shibuya O-East. This venue is one of the biggest in Tokyo and is replete with an astounding acoustic setup which few concert halls can boast of.
