The brother and sister team who run this sushiya are the children of a Tokyo fishmonger, so the cuts at this restaurant are sure to be good. The fatty tuna is very high grade, and the tekka maki uses material from three different sections of the fish. Very generously the set menus start at reasonable prices. Served with cold beer or sake, this makes for a wonderful sushi outing. Come early. When the chefs turn the placards up, the fish are gone.
