Stove's, Yokohama

A truly Western style feeding trough and watering hole, this place is just as cozy as its name implies. If you are looking for a bit of Americana, albeit a slightly Japanese version, Stove's is the perfect spot to have some grub and toss back a few. The decor is similar to a Western saloon. Guitars hang from the walls, and a scattering of tables and chairs appear very breakable should a brawl break out. John Wayne or Tom Mix would approve. Vegans should stay away from this place, especially if they are hungry. This is a place for meat lovers only. Any true cowboy would demand stew if his stomach were rumbling and that's what this place provides, along with a few compromises like a wonderful beef stroganoff plate and chicken salad for those who do not have rustlers' appetites.
