In the exquisite setting of an old traditional Japanese home, this thoroughly modern restaurant serves up some of the best Japanese food in the city. The sashimi is particularly notable; in a city where meat reigns supreme, it is a delight to come across delicate, melt-in-the-mouth fish, expertly prepared. Try the prix fixe menu, which consists of one soup course and six seasonal kaiseki dishes; sashimi and sushi dinner sets are also available.
