This family-run restaurant has its roots in a place called "Gu Poay Liaw" (cattle skin place). It is popular with locals and families, there is often a crowd partaking in the glass-paneled front of the house. Warmer days make the upstairs air conditioned dining room a comfortable choice. Kham Khee's forte is beef steamboat, featuring a variety of thinly sliced meats and nibbles dipped into a communal boiling pot of soup at the table.
