Overview

Dom Cultural Center's roots lie in underground non-state sponsored shows and events. Recognizing the limitation of state sponsored culture in pursuit of new and innovating arts, the center is the non-profit brain child of an avante garde artist and a Moscow businessman. The center sponsors festivals, exhibitions, performances and international art exchange.
