The cuisine is Russian in the traditional style, but with some additional twists. The dishes themselves are titled with quotes from the book. Start off with mulled wine with lemon and cloves. The 'Quasi una fantasia' salad (with crab, cucumbers, apples, and oranges), the 'On this day God sent...' salad with lightly salted salmon is also quite good.
