Overview
Recently, this musical theatre found its new contemporary face by inviting some very promising and talented new opera singers and professional dancers. The repertoire includes a variety of productions: drama, comedies, fairy tales, comic fantasies and of course musical plays. Here, you can see Dickens' 'Great Expectations', Hugo's 'Les Miserables', Pushkin's 'Captain's Daughter', Twain's 'Tom Sawyer', and may others. An interesting Russian-Japanese production of Japanese legend 'Khagomoro' brought elements of traditional Japanese theatre to the stage.
