This is a pleasant joint situated right at the beginning of the long and prestigious Kutuzovskii Prospekt, opposite the Hotel Ukraine. It occupies the ground floor of a residential building. The interior (which consists of two adjacent rooms) is decorated in white and blue which gives the place a relaxed atmosphere. The cuisine is predominantly Russian and European with a French twist. You can try dishes such as fresh French Oysters on ice, Lobster Thermidor, Veal Tenderloin in Balsamic Sauce and Roasted Beef in Crab Sauce. Needless to say the clientele consists mainly of Moscow's nouveau riche. Expect live classical music daily except for Fridays when you can enjoy jazz. Opens daily at noon.
