This art/music/design café is so hip no wonder it’s located in an art school. During the day 15 Minutes is a mellow place for drinking coffee and doing your homework or chatting with friends over lunch. The menu is full of fresh, flavorful food like mango chicken sandwiches, Japanese noodle salad, spicy seafood pasta, or oriental duck pizza. Once classes are over the café morphs into a cozy performance space for local artists and musicians; it’s a happening place to be after dark and a refreshing alternative to Singapore’s bar scene. 15 Minutes serves alcohol and credit cards are accepted after 6:00pm. - Tanya Procyshyn
