Boomarang Bistro & Bar, Singapore

With a cool casual ambiance and authentic Western food, Boomarang Bistro has become one of the most popular expat hang-outs at Robertson Quay. The menu is full of fresh, flavorful dishes like mango citrus salad, Cajun salmon, and Aussie-style burgers with Wagyu beef and sliced beetroot. One of the more exotic offerings is peppered kangaroo loin – available as an entrée or topping their gourmet pizzas. The bar has a variety of imported beers on tap and Australia’s best wines are stored in their boomerang-shaped wine cellar.
