A full array of Turkish dishes is sure to tease your taste buds. Everything at the Cafe Cappadocia is worth sampling; this being one of Singapore's rare Turkish restaurants. The restaurant is cozy and warm. Tables have clear glass tops and chairs are steel. From the peppery Shish Kebabs served with Pilaf to the Mousakka-Zucchini, potato and pan-fried eggplants under layers of Mozzarella cheese.... eating here is definitely a unique experience! House wines are available but one should definitely try the Kaiser Melange, strong Viennese coffee and the Aryan, a Turkish yogurt drink.
