This elegant restaurant from celebrity chef Susur Lee has a chic zen-inspired ambiance and unique menu of Chinese haute cuisine. Chef Lee takes inspiration from the food of Hong Kong, his home city, and incorporates ingredients like abalone, wood fungus, and shark’s fin into the dishes. These exotic ingredients may be intimidating to some, but they are presented with a refined touch that should please (and possibly surprise) most palates. The less gastronomically adventurous may prefer to stick to classics like chili prawns, Sichuan eggplant stew, or fish baked in Chinese wine.
