A wide range of innovative Chinese dishes sans meat, sets Lingzhi apart from other restaurants. The setting is simple, plain and pleasant. The chairs are a standard cushioned affair and the walls interspersed with several Chinese paintings and calligraphy. The menu presents light, flavorful dishes such as Spicy Hot and Sour Carrot Bisque and Japanese Mushrooms in a Potato Rösti basket. Its popular dim sum selection is delightfully tasty. In keeping with the lightness of a vegan meal, hard liquor is not served so try some beer or fruit juices instead. This restaurant is located in the famous Liat Towers and an additional branch at Far East Square.
