Mirchi's Kebab Factory, Singapore

Meat-lovers will be in heaven at this elegant Indian restaurant renowned for its spicy and succulent kebabs. A rotating menu means there are 5 different kebabs every day, or you can sample them all as part of the all-you-can-eat kebab buffet paired with piping hot breads from the clay oven or richly spiced biryani rice. Though most of Mirchi’s customers are definitely carnivores, meatless mains like lentil curries or paneer cheese kebabs mean that you can invite your vegetarian friends for dinner, too. Mirchi’s Kebab Factory at Esplanade also features private dining rooms and a small bar for pre-dinner cocktails. There are additional Mirchi’s locations at The Sail @ Marina Bay and Changi Airport. -Tanya Procyshyn
