Overview

The Pump Room combines a microbrewery, bistro, and a bar with live music in one chic venue. The food is contemporary Australian cuisine: solid, satisfying, and nicely filling. Try the traditional Aussie Sticky Date Pudding for a sweet, chewy finish to the meal. The five beers crafted in this brewery range from a hardy, roasted taste, the Scottish Ale, to a golden, crisp classic, The Pump Room Lager. The main attraction of Pump Room, however, is its live band, Jive Talkin' which draws hordes in with its renditions of popular songs from the '80s and '90s.

  I have been going to The Pump Room for six years and sadly recently the standard of service has declined. The staff, particularly the security guards are surly and the drinks service slow. While the service is declining the prices are increasing. The group while good needs to update it's play list. All in all The Pump Room needs re-invent itself if it is going to continue to attract customers. I for one have taken my business elsewhere....   Read More
