Si Chuan Dou Hua at the Grand Plaza Park Royal Hotel whips up Cantonese food in large quantities prepared by Hong Kong chefs. The decor focuses more on function than form, with 170 seats squeezed into a bright, modern-looking room. Cane chairs are paired with round tables and the walls are interspersed with several un-spectacular paintings. The à la carte buffet dinner is the best value. This menu features delicacies such as Shark's Fin Broth, Braised Baby Abalone, Prawn Fruit Salad, Steam Sea Bass with Bean curd and much more. The rather limited wine list comprises mainly labels from Australia.
