Singapore Seafood Republic

Singapore’s best seafood restaurants are now under the same roof at this waterfront dining complex on Sentosa Island.  Iconic names like Tung Lok, The Seafood Market, Palm Beach and Jumbo are all present and serving the specialties that made them famous – crispy cereal prawns, grilled stingray with chili, steamed bamboo clams, whole fried fish with ginger, and the legendary Singapore chili crab. Even though the classics are what draw people in, the chefs are always innovating with creations like a salad of dragonfruit, lobster, and caviar or deep-fried prawns with wasabi-mayonnaise.  The service is pretty snappy for such a large restaurant and the sharing-sized portions make Seafood Republic a smart choice for groups  -Tanya Procyshyn
