An izakaya is a traditional Japanese pub where people go to enjoy drinks and snacks after a long day at work. Of course, Japanese-style pub grub is much healthier than its Western counterpart and the menu at Tomo Izakaya features lotus root chips, sushi, grilled fish, crispy tempura, and seaweed salads. Only the freshest ingredients are used and specialty products like tuna and uni (sea urchin) are air-flown from Tokyo seafood markets.
