"Dosan" (Chang-ho Ahn) was a famous Korean patriot who opposed Japanese rule during the Colonial Period (1910-1945). He believed in honor, power, bravery, and activism. This museum was opened in 1998 in commemoration of his birth 120 years before. It is dedicated to Dosan's leadership and lifetime work. Visitors can see over 70 items related to his life and philosophy. The exhibition includes letters from other patriots, records Dosan wrote of group rallies and demonstrations, his diary, a chronological record, and photographs. Admission to this memorial hall is free of charge.
