Madam Jill's has been serving Vietnamese cuisine for a very long time now is a well-known name among the locals. The fish sauce, a key ingredient in the Vietnamese cuisine is prepared in-house. Rice noodles, spring rolls made in Taiwanese or Vietnamese style, are highly recommended. Cold cuts and Asian salads and seafood are generously served making it more than enough for two people sharing. The place has maintained its standards and lives up completely to the fame it has earned over the years in Taipei. There are 3 other outlets in the city.
