In business for more than 30 years, Wen Hua A-Ge is well known by the public and is a very popular place on weekends and public holidays. The specialty here is A-Ge, tofu stuffed with glass noodles and sealed with fish tempura. It has a sweet and spicy sauce, and is best eaten when it is still steaming hot. Another famous dish is fish ball soup consisting of a clear broth with chewy fresh fish balls; it makes a great combination with A-Ge.
