The restaurant has a large central bar and alcove tables with cushioned bench seating. The walls are decorated with hundreds of photos of guests from over the years. Bei Otto's menu boasts a selection of traditional dishes such as Wiener schnitzel, Bavarian platter, pork knuckles, meatloaf and sausages, as well as fish, grills, and steaks, with a limited selection of vegetarian dishes.
